Building a GAIT/Running Form Analysis Shoe Clip-on Sensor

Hi Nordic,

We are building a product in the field of Sports, specializing in running shoes. The concept is to correct running form via analyzing the foot strike of the user. Is it Mid strike? Forefoot Strike or Heel Strike?

Something similar to https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/News/News-releases/Product-Related-News/Wearable-footpod-analyzes-runners-gait-supports-Bluetooth-Smart-wireless-technology-for-performance-improvement-and-injury-prevention/(language)/eng-GB

The user will be able to attach the sensor device on his shoe, on the shoes laces or clip it to the side. Then while on the run, he would get real time feedback on his mobile app on how is his performance.

Such capability would require multiple sensors on the chip and I want to know if Nordic has a ready solution for this use case?

nRF51422 and nRF52832 are the SOCs I was reading about, but not sure how will they be integrated with the sensors on the chip.

Am I required to engineer the PCB myself or is there a out-of-box solution available that I can custom configure?

If I am required to engineer the PCB for the sensors to work, are there partner firms that provide out-of-box solutions with Nordic SOCs?

Please assist me with this information, to help me build the right solution.
