How to configure eclipse to development nrfr52840

I have Windows and I need to configure Eclipse to develop my board pca10056.

Have you had a look at this tutorial: Development with GCC and Eclipse. It is a little old, but unfortunately that is all we have. 

Are you aware of Segger Embedded Studio? It is an IDE that is completely free to use as long as you use Nordic chips.
