Help, finding dev environment?

I'm looking for where the compiler is for the nRF52832....

I just need to compile code, and copy the binary to the device....do you have any pages which show, step by step what to use to compile say the blinky example I have in the SDK?

I have the SDK, but I cannot figure out how to even COMPILE the thing, do you have compilers or do I need to write assembly by hand for the thing?

Are there tutorials on how to use bluetooth low energy to transmit data between devices?

in the development-with-gcc-and-eclipse I get to the part where it says,

"I have attached the ble_app_hrs and blinky example that can be used as a starting point, see the last section for a list of attachments. You may want to start with the blinky example first to keep it simple at first."

The links for the eclipse projects do not contain eclipse projects....are there updated links?
