I am running on Uvision. 5.23.
I am running a Central on one PCA10040 DK and a Peripheral on a second PAC10040 DK.
When I run a first RTT Viewer V6.22 (with SWD Target Interface) I can connect through USB Serial No to either of my DK's and I see the output from SEGGER_RTT_printf fine.
But, after I connect to one, I try and connect to the second. It seems to connect, but no output from the second is observed.
How do I use to instances of RTT Viewer?

It seems to work fine over here. I'm running ble_app_hrs and ble_app_hrs_c example on two nRF52 DKs. I have attached some pictures. I connected through USB Serial No 0 and picked which board I wanted connect to.
It might be that you connected the RTT Viewer to the peripheral last, if you did this you have to press reset on that board to see the output. This is because by turning both board on, they will be connected and the peripheral will not print out anything after a connection.
