Hi,

You can find the latest SDK version here (SDK14.2). The latest nRF5x Command Line Tools can be found here, this installer includes the Segger J-Link Software Pack v6.20i

Thanks ..How to bring up the virtual comport ? What is the use of nRF usb when it is connected nothing is coming up . Other one is used for power also ,comport is coming up but communication is not happening in that with the tester . Please help on this ..

Is this the nRF52832-DK or the nRF52840-PDK ?

To view or write data over the Virtual COM Port, you need a terminal program, such as Termite. You can download Termite here. You then need to use an application that uses the COM port, e.g. the ble_app_uart example. You can find the source code and the project file of the example in the following folder: <SDK_InstallFolder>\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_uart

This is nR52840 . I want this com port to communicate with BITE RF tester for BLE 5.0 RF PHY testing .
