Synchronizing timeslot to connection interval start or end (or getting the offset until connection interval start/end)

I am trying to find out if I can synchronize the timeslot to a specific time in relation to the start / end of a connection interval. I would also be fine with getting the time remaining in the connection interval if that is possible. I want to synchronize a timer to start/clear at the start/end of a connection interval for timing of activities relative to the interval.

EDIT: I also have radio notifications set up, but I can't seem to find out what part of the connection I am in (device 0?, device 19?, etc.) 

Also, my device is in the central role so I control the timings.
