Alternate capacitance value

I have used 32khz and 32Mhz Crystal and across that crystal i have used 12pF capacitor. But unfortunately in market 12pF capacitor is not available in 0402 smd package.

So please help me , which capacitor is alternate option of 12pF.

I have attached file where i highlighted the Crystal circuit.

None, unless you also use different crystals. The capacitors and crystals must match. Use a different market maybe? Capacitors with 12pF and 0402 seem to be commonly available from distributors.

I just checked digikey, mouser, element14 (Farnell), avnet and arrow and they  all have 12pf 0402 available, as I'd expect, it's an incredibly standard component. Octopart lists 20+ distributors for it. This is so standard a component the cheap board house I use offers it for FREE for their PCB assembly service. I think you need a look a little harder.
