Increasing of packet size in NRF52832 in ble_uart example - step by step explanation

Hello,

I completely don't understand how to increase the packet size in the ble_uart example (using SDK 14.2 in both sides)!

I have two NRF52 DK boards and nothing is working!

I wrote many drivers on devices of ST and Silicon Labs, but men, your examples and explanations are so complected and not ordered, that I started to think to move to the devices of the another companies, in spite of nrf52 module costs and specs...

Please, please, please, where can I found the step-by-step algorithm explanation for increasing the packet size???

Yes I have

This example uses notification, my app uses NUS (nordic uart service), but packet size increasing should be the same.
In addition, code in the example not explained and not commented.
