Is GATT Proxy implemented in Mesh?

I have seen a few older posts regarding the GATT Proxy for enabling mobile device to be part of the mesh.  Is this feature implemented yet?

Based upon 'feedback' at one of the recent Nordic Tech Tour events, the PB-GATT feature was said to be about 3 to 4 weeks away (note: that the PB-GATT bearer is a pre-req for the Proxy functionality)...

Obviously someone from Nordic may or may not be able to provide a more definitive answer.
