Does it possible to program nRF52832 with 1.8V?

when I start to program nRF52832 under 1.8v some memory pages can't be accessed. this is short listing:

Erasing page at address 0x78000.
Erasing page at address 0x79000.
Erasing page at address 0x7A000.
Erasing page at address 0x7B000.
Erasing page at address 0x7C000.
Erasing page at address 0x7D000.
Applying system reset.
WARNING: A UICR write operation has been requested but UICR has not been
WARNING: erased. Please verify that the result is correct.
Checking that the area to write is not protected.
Programing device.
ERROR: JLinkARM DLL reported an error. Try again. If error condition
ERROR: persists, run the same command again with argument --log, contact Nordic
ERROR: Semiconductor and provide the generated log.log file to them.

Of course you can program it at 1.8v, but you need a 1.8v j-link to talk to it.  When you run the nRF at 1.8v the gpio&SWD is also at 1.8 and therefore cannot communicate to 3.3v SWD on j-link.

can you suggest what kind of programmer 1.8v can I use? 

I use now nRF52  Development Kit when I connect external 1.8v to Ref pin on the nRF52   started to program but fail on the some pages. looks like isn't sufficient 1.8v for programming.

Hi, you need a programmer that support 1.8V in this case, for instance:

Or you may try to add a bi-directional logic level converter between, though I have not tested this:
