HomeKit sample application isn't working with our nRF52832 module

Hello,

We are trying to evaluate the HomeKit SDK with our nRF52832 BLE modules. The "Lock(static)" sample application doesn't work with Apple 'Home' App on iPhone 8+. The module is advertising correctly and it is discovered in the list of accessories but it fails to pair. However there is no problem using nRF52 dev board (PCA10040). 

One difference during the pairing is that with PCA10040 I get a warning pop on iPhone to accept the "unauthorised accessory" and on our module not. I think our module might be resetting for some reason. Initially I suspected the GPIO conflicting, so I commented the LED and buttons pins but still didn't make any difference.

Any ideas about the cause?

Hello

Your module probably doesn’t have 32KHz support which by default is enabled in the DK examples.

Enable 32 KHz support in the code, and then it should work.

It was a typo, should have been disable 32 KHz.

Good to see that you found out how to disable the 32 KHz clock.
