Pre-compiled examples with SDK 12.3

Hi There,

I'm just getting started with ARM and the NRF52832.  I've done a lot of work with 8-bit micros and I'm interested in learning 32-bit and in porting some old AVR projects that used an NRF24L01+ over to BLE.

Right now I'm just trying to get familiar with the SDK and run some of examples/tutorials.  I'm trying to run the Application Timer Tutorial but having issues where Keil can't find the required include files.  I've found references saying that the pre-compiled examples will only work with the zip version of the SDK, but I don't see a zip version of SDK V12.3.  Is there way to run this project on this SDK?

I apologize that I did a horrible job of explaining my question.  I was trying to run a zipped example like the application timer using SDK 12.3 but I was not having any luck.  I downloaded SDK V11 and I was able to get it running.  Thank you again and again, I apologize for how I worded my question...I'm sure that I will have more as I am trying to learn this.
