Bluetooth SIG Declaration as OEM of a limited module?

Hi,

I have seen alot about the declaration process with the Bluetooth SIG but couldnt find my specific case.

We made a BLE application with the NRF51, a PCB Antenna, SD130 and some other components. All of this is part of the PCB of the final product. We passed all regulatory tests with (FFC/IC and EN300328). We are applying for a limited modular approval with FCC with this design. All of this we made for our customer which takes the final PCB and puts it in his product.

What I am not sure about is the process for SIG declaration. As we dont sell our PCB on the free market, but our customer does. So our customer needs to do the SIG declaration. Do we need to have any interaction with SIG? Can our customer just use the QDID from SD130V2.0.1? We dont use any predefined Services or Characterstic from SIG.

Does SD130  count as "a product that incorporates an existing Bluetooth design"? Physical RF specification I have to proof to FCC/IC etc. but compliance with Bluetooth protocol is only defined by the stack?

Thank you for help!
