IRK address is changed after whitelist created. So my device cant able to connect any phone

I enabled whitelist in my nrf51822 device and get my phone irk address after bonding then i hardcode  that specific irk to my nrf device. Now i  can only able to connect my phone ( that i already added to device ) it was working for around one week. After that i cant able to connect the phone , when i check the irk of that phone it become changed. i dont know why irk is changed?? 

Is there any way to connect that device?? i know the hardcode irk value.

Why the irk address become changing ?? Any mistake in whitelist creation??

The IRK should never change. May I know what phone you used? Also, did you do any SW updates on the phone before you noticed this issue?

motog5s plus. I did sw upgrade.

Is there any way to connect that device ?? I know the irk values that i stored in the nrf device. Any way we can able to connect the device??

It sounds like a possible bug on the phone side. I.e., FW update changed the IRK.

You must restart advertising without whitelist filtering to allow the phone to re-connect, then repeat the bonding procedure so that the new IRK gets exchanged with the peripheral. Have you implemented a method to add new devices that are not in the whitelist?
