I see the max for a BLE connectable advertising packet of 31 bytes. I am not sure if the manufacturer specific data which also can be up to 31 bytes is included in the overall advertising packet limit or if it's independent of the overall size. Is it possible to have an advertising packet with 31 bytes with name, appearance, service uuid(s) which are at 31 bytes and a 31 bytes manufacturer specific data?
