I'm working with the nrf51422 and the nrf51822 and I was wondering what the current status of the over the air DFU system is.
I'm using SDK 6.0 and I managed to get OTA DFU working using the examples, as well as switching back and forth into bootloader mode from the application running on the chip. However, I only managed to update the application using OTA. Is it possible to update the softdevice and the bootloader using OTA as well? I found some posts on the forum here saying that is not possible but those are from november 2013 and only regarding the softdevice.
Could someone clear this up for me? Also, is OTA only possible using BLE? Does this mean the nrf51422 has to have softdevice 310?

Edit: Is there a way to batch update a whole set of nrf51x22's if they are all in DFU mode?
