NRF52, S132, peripheral dev ~180sec interval reboot on without connection

hello, I check the standard example
nRF5_SDK_14.2.0_17b948a\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_uart\pca10040\s132\arm5_no_packs
device nrf52DK PCA10040 V1.1.1
ARM Compiler : V5.06 update 4 build 422

When peripheral device is not connected to the app  it reboots every 180 sec
When device connected - its all right.

What parameter configures this reboots?
I want to disable this function. When BLE is off, there is no reboot.

when APP_ADV_TIMEOUT_IN_SECONDS 0,> 180 - reboot on configure

but the device is not scanned after 30 seconds by the application

Great. But the problem is that the BLE device should be in sleep most of time, so we must understand why this error/restarts occurred
