nrf52832 spi master problem errata v1.1

I am using the nrf52832 and according to the errata v1.1 the same contains a problem in the spi, according to clause 3.13 the engineering versions (QFAA-AA0, QFAA-AC0) and the (QFAA-B00, CHAA-A00). I have the version QFAA-B0, I need to know which version repairs this problem to be able to acquire it in digikey.

That depends on if you need the additional functionality the nRF52840 provides (BT5 long range mode, 802.15.4 radio, USB, QSPI, higher flash/RAM size, etc). Both devices should work fine with the available errata workarounds implemented. Note that most workarounds are implemented in drivers and MDK.
