Does Nordic or any of your distributors sell the "thin film antenna' that comes with the DK?
The nRF52840DK has a pcb monopole antenna. Maybe you are referring to a different DK?

You said "thin film" and I assumed that you meant the flexible NFC antenna. Do you mean the PCB monopole antenna? That would not be available for sale but would be fabricated as part of the PCB design.
