nRF52810 and nRF52832 capacitors

Hello Nordic-Team,

i made a custom pcb that is based on the reference schematic of the nRF52810 QFAA with dcdc setup. However, i read that in general, the nRF52810 and nRF52832 are pin compatible. In the reference schematic of the nRF52832 there are capacitors on pin 37 and 38. Because i intended the use of the nRf52810 on my custom pcb i did not consider these.

Will i be able to use a nRF52832 on my custom pcb (schematic basically the same as in your provided reference schematic - no capacitors on pin 37 on 38)?

Pin 37 and 38 on nRF52832 is pin P0.26 and P0.27.

The reason for the decoupling capacitors on P0.26 and P0.27 on the nRF52832 is some spurious emission from those pins, described in errata 138. The workaround is to use decoupling capacitors of ~12pF placed as close to the chip as possible, or even better, ground the two pins. 

If not paying attention to errata 138  with nRF52832, the chip will work normally, but there may be some problems qualifying for ETSI.

The nRF52810 doesn't have this problem, no "special attention" is needed for those pins at the nRF52810.
