I checked Nordic website for layout of NRF8001 but i didn't find. Please if some one can share a qualified RF-layout.

If you look under the bluetooth low energy section and click on the nRF8001 and then on down loads you should see the reference files listed.

The comment by Jay above is correct, but I'll post it as an answer instead so that the discussion can be marked resolved.
The reference layout is available on the download tab of the nRF8001 product page, under "Reference layout", leading to this file.
Remember that the reference layout does not include an antenna. For an example of such, you can take a look at the design files for the nRF8001 Development Kit.
Thanks for your help both ole and jay. I still have one concern regarding the use of external clock while dc/dc converter is enabled. Since in rf8001 manual reference drawing i saw circuit for external clock used while dc/dc converter is enabled, Please clarify since in the manual they say thay dc/dc converter cannot be used when 32.768khz external crystal is used.
