Good starter example for nrf51822

I just received my nrf51822 and am using an-36 as a starting point to build my first "Hello World" application for BLE.

All I would like to test is to have the status of the push button on my EK be reflected in my app. I'm trying to figure out which code example that came with the supporting S/W may be a good starting point.

Any suggestions?
