How To exit Bootloader mode

Hello, 

I am using nRF52832 DK for my project which is to receive data from arduino and send it to a smartphone using BLE. My issue is that i  make nRF52832 to enter Bootloader mode because i am trying to compile a coding using Arduino IDE because i am following this example https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/nrf52832-breakout-board-hookup-guide.  But the coding was not uploaded into the board. Therefore i am trying to try another method however my problem is that i cannot exit Bootloader mode

Did you get an error when you tried uploading code to the nrf52832? Have you tried turning the 52832 off & on to exit bootloader mode? There is a troubleshooting guide in the link you sent. Did you try following that?

I cannot flash a code into nRF52832 , however after i go through the manual and forum i was able to exit Bootloader mode by transferring Jlink ob file into the driver
