I controllled your custom board. I think you should search how to pcb desing?! You shouldn't use dip component. You have to choose smd component especially 0402 package. Because you will work high frequency. Noise is dangerous for good communication. And some way looks 90 degree. Be careful ways break must be 135 degree.

I think what omeracar was trying to say is your board is a layout disaster.
Quite seriously, if anything does work it will be magic.
As omeracar linked to, you should learn some details on microstrip design. They are board level waveguides that have very, very precise requirements to work correctly. You get them all right and your device can talk 100meters, you get them wrong (as you did) and you get a link of about 2 feet.
Also your power supply, clock connections, and decoupling caps are just routed poorly. All of these have needs with regard to the placement to work well.
You should start by following the reference design layout then change as little as is possible to add any new hardware you need.
