Is the NRF24l01+ right for my device?

I am currently using the NRF24l01+  but i want to know if I should be using  a different product for my application.

I am sending very small amount of information (such as hex color codes) from one device to another. I want to have a stable connection in noisy environments like tradeshows, but I think I may be getting a lot of interference in from other people connecting to wifi and using bluetooth nearby.

I want to know if there is a different product that would be recommended to avoid interference and preferably with a longer range. Should I be looking at sub 1ghz?

Also it needs to be legal for use in Japan.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sorry, I forgot to also mention that I want to maintain enough range that i could use it in crowded music venues.

For example, could one nRF52832 communicate with 100 other moving devices across 70m in a room full of people with no noticeable latency?

What should i be able to realistically expect for range? My goal is to make smaller portable devices with no external antenna if possible.
