[pc-ble-driver-py] Read service from an UUID looking like this xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx, and not this 0xXXXX

Hi,

I've been modifying this example in order to make some things automatic, which include to read some characteristics via BLE.

So I'm trying to use this read function and this enable notification function, it works fine with an UUID looking like this 0xXXXX. But for some reasons I have to read a characteristic which UUID is looking like this xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx. 

I can not do it, could you help me with that?
