Hello,
sorry to have to ask again, but from reading through all the posts I could not quite figure out how much current the SPI should draw when it is active and reading/writing.
In my current setup I have an accelerometer LIS2DH12 and I am reading values constantly via SPI.
This results in a power consumption of around 700 µA (base consumption in my case is 180 µA without reading data from the accelerometer).
Can the power consumption really be expected to be this high? Am I missing something?
According to the specification, the SPI run current should only be somewhere at around 50µA, does it actually need the HFCLK which will consume an additional 300-400 µA?
Thanks,
Marius
