I have designed my customized board according to the nordic's indications, adding the components for the LDO and DCDC recommended. Now I am selecting the battery that I will use to power the board and I see that for using a 3.7V lithium battery, some people is adding an extra DCDC converter. Is this really needed? Is it ok if i trust in the one placed in the board? If that is the case, do I need to change internally on the nRF52832 or this is done automatically as stated in the documentation?
