It does not happen with my browser. Seems like your browser is adding https to the links. Try to remove the 's' in https in the url. Link this: http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nwp_017.pdf

Tks! That did the trick.

Some side info:

I've tried in my laptop (Firefox 59.0.1 64-bit Arch-linux) and in phone (Chrome, Android 8.0.0). Both had the original issue.

After changing the url from https -> http Android immediately shows the file. However Firefox only does so after changing two times in a row!

Anyway, it is solved. As this is the only site where such happens, most probably there is some misconfiguration.

They have fixed it now. It should now work with https
