I have a general question for customers regarding throughput.

What's the maximum data througput with IOS without a MFI Chip.

Which profile do I have to use. Supports IOS 2Mbit?

Which data throughput can be achieved with Android?

I know nothing about iOS, but with Android it depends on the particular device and how it is feeling at the time. Possibly also the phase of the moon.

During connection, the peripheral requests a set of Connection Parameters - which set the maximum throughput.

But the Android device may not accept the requested parameters and, instead, give something "slower".

I have not seen any rhyme nor reason in whether Android does or does not accept a particular set of Parameters - sometimes just disconnecting & immediately reconnecting will give a different result!

And it is different for different Android versions!
