Arduino Primo secure?

I realize this product (Primo) has been “retired”, but am wanting to know how safe it is to use for home automation.

i don’t want any blames assigned, just would like to know if Nordic agrees with Arduino that there is:

   * No reliable way to keep the WiFi in Station mode once power is cycled   

   * No way to set it to “closed, secured” (currently is open/unsecured according to my iPhone).

if there are workarounds to these problems, please provide links which would allow me (a relative novice) to operate in a secure manner similar to other devices such as Wemo, Amazon Alexa, etc.

Hey Dale,

Nordic only provides the BLE functionality, you will have to go to the WIFI chipset vendor for questions regarding wifi.
