Ultra low power consumption, held in reset? (nrf51 or 52)

Hey all,

We’re trying to figure out the best way of keeping our nRF52 (or 51) based design in the lowest power mode possible while sitting in inventory.

Currently, our nRF51 design is drawing 280nA with a wake on GPIO.   (1) Can we go lower by enabling the Reset pin and leave it externally floating (with the internal pull-up) or (2) Keep it pulled low… possible to disable internal pull-up?

Comparing here to the TI CC2640 which claims to go as low at 100nA.    Can we get there with Nordic as well?

I know these are small numbers, but they’re actually critical for our application.

Thanks,
Brian
