i need to connect central to Mobile app and get data from the central.....is it possible???

I have a peripheral which sends data to the central and from central i n eed data to be send to Mobile App

is it possibe to do and how???

okay when the central is connected to peripheral and getting data....how will the central get connected to another central(Mobile)!!!????
