Is it possible to connect four peripherals to one central and send 300 bytes of data to the central from each peripheral every 100 msec?
If so, which sample program should I refer?

Although the basic BLE protocol might support it, bear in mind that mobile devices & operating systems (phones, tablets) often impose restrictions which mean that the maximum theoretical performance cannot be achieved in practice...
