error 133 (0x85) GATT ERROR on Samsung S7

I can't work arround error 133 on Samsung S7. After several test I found that it's related to long advertising intervals. I've test it on nRF52 DK  and nRF51DK. I've test it on several examples in SDK 14.2 and SDK 12.3. The result is always the same: advertising intervals about 6000 and more  (#define APP_ADV_INTERVAL                6000) gets the error 133 even with your app "nRF Connect". Shorter intervals (ex 100, 50) works well and fast.

In other phones I've test it works well at least the most of the times.

Is there any problems with long advertising intervals?

I have done some testing with two different Samsung S7. One of the phones didn't see any issue, while I managed to reproduce the issue on the other phone. Although, I only managed to reproduce this a few times when adv interval was 6000 or more. The issue might be as Emil said, that the adv interval is too long so that the phone misses the advertisements.

That means that exist a maximun adv interval? only for this types of phones?. This happens also with shorter adv intervals but with minor frequency. This is a great problem for me. Do you know why happens and how to work arrond?. Please help me with a solution. Reducing adv interval also reduce battey duration, is not an option for me.

Error 133 (0x85) is common BLE error and happens when the phone can't connect to the device. Unfortunately, we don't have a specific fix for this. Which Android version do you have on your phone?
