HCI protocol

i'm wondering can us use HCI protocol to develop our product without using by the softdevice as you know by using the softdevice we can just interact with our device by using GAPP protocol

Hi,

There is no HCI interface in the SoftDevice, which is the only BLE stack provided and supported officially by Nordic. The Zephyr project has support for nRF52 and has a HCI interface, but this is not officially supported by Nordic. See for example this post.
