Hi,

 

There is no definite answer to such a question, as it depends on your requirements towards the test level required by the product itself. By checking the RF PHY with DTM, you are essentially checking the mechanical connection to the programming pins, the radio and the 32M crystal connection, but there's no coverage of your application. It is normal to have an added production test specific to your application.
