I am having trouble getting the basic BLE_APP_UART up and running. The UART printf() works, but the BLE module (NORDIC_UART) is not visible in all the devices android phone, tablet and a couple of laptops.
Please help me.

I am using the recommended soft device and corresponding sdk for the NRF52DK.
Have you tried other BLE example ? such as the ble_app_hrs ?
Which hardware board are you testing with ?
