Calculating a precise AoA is not possible with the nRF-devices alone, as the I/Q vectors are not available.
In order to precisely calculate angle of arrival, you will need to use an external IC.

Hi, I cannot recommend a solution for AoA measurement (as we do not have any experience with these types of measurements), but if you search on google, you'll likely find recommendations for ICs that can do this operation.
