hello sir i am designing a custom pcb based on your mcu nrf52832 board

can you help me how to customize it according to my need without disturbing antenna .

Start by copying the reference design exactly as in the design files. Do not change anything in the RF section of the layout unless you know what you're doing. Use ground planes on both sides of the board.
