Altium designer files for nrf51422-EK kit

Hello,

I am not much of a PCB designer but want to tinker with nrf51422 EK Altium designer files provided. I try to open the project file using Altium designer 14, but run into compilation errors and warnings. Also .outjob file missing is something I encounter. Is the project file provided incomplete in some regard?

Is there any documentation on how to use these files provided?

What would be a good place to start if I want to take parts of the schematic provided and add my own stuff around it?

What kind of compile errors and warning do you get? Normally I would say that the initial compile errors related to Altium Designer comes from lack of included libraries. So it could be something as easy as component references in libraries.

I would say that you could start by making your own schematic and copy over the components from the nRF51822-EK that you need and then add to the schematic from there. It's pretty easy to copy/paste components parts of a schematic. You can do the same with layout too.
