Best mobile for nRF52840 features!!

Hi,

I am using nRF52840 SoC. I want to test all the features like NFC, Bluetooth 5(Long range, throughput, Advertising extensions) features , Thread, BLE Mesh and rest provided by this System on Chip. Can all of you suggest a better mobile supporting above requirememts?

Hi Jonnavittula,

 

For Bluetooth 5, at the top of my head Samsung S8/S9, iPhone 8/X has support (a quick google search "bluetooth 5 compatible smartphones" will give you a more detailed list)

Thread  and BLE Mesh is pretty fresh when it comes to the Smartphone market, so there are features in those protocols that are not yet supported by Smartphones.

(Almost all the new smartphones has NFC support.)
