WMI provider Host service over 95% CPU when using nRF Connect

After run the nRF Connect on my PC the CPU usage becomes very high (over 95% on the WMI provider Host service), then the PC does not performe any other task.

When I close the application nRF Connect the WMI disappear (0% CPU usage).

Configuration

nRFConnect 2.3.0 or 2.2.1

Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit

Intel core i3-4005U CPU @ 1.7GHz, 4GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics Family

I try different config and installation, nRF Connect works fine only when You install it as Admin and also run it as Admin, otherwise you could have problems with high CPU usage.
