Alarm service

I need my device in some conditions to create an alarm which will be readable for any BLE device in range. Is it possible? What is the right way of doing so? Thank you.

You are correct, in my mind, that it has to be broadcast. This broadcast will have limited (by size)alarm information. Otherwise, it will not capable to read it. I don't know what else you want me to explain.
