disconnect and connect with Samsung android phones

Hi,
We used Nordic SDK12.2 Softdevice3.1 to develop our smartwatch.
After launching our product, we got a lot of complains on the connection and re-connection on Samsung Android phones.
The same issue doesn’t happen on non-Samsung Android phones.
We believe that other developers should also encounter the same issue.
We have no idea how to fix it.
Could you please let me have a solution on this?

What kind of Samsung device has this issue? Do you have the model number?

What Android version is used on the Samsung device?

Do you have a sniffer trace of the issue?
