Unable to reconnect after disconnection in Samsung Devices.

Hello Team,

We are using nrf52832 device and SDK version 12.2 Softdevice3.1 to program our watch device.

We have iOS & Android native application to communicate and data/transfer with this watch device. All is working fine except disconnection in Samsung device. After the disconnection (due to out of range or Bluetooth turn off/on)it is not able to reconnect back. It works fine with iOS and other Non-Samsung device.

I believe most of the people encountered this problem, so please let me know what's wrong with Samsung Devices.

What kind of Samsung device has this issue? Do you have the model number?

What Android version is used on the Samsung device?

Do you have a sniffer trace of the issue?

It is for all Samsung devices like S5/S6/S7 etc and all the OS version like 5/6/7 etc.

I don't have sniffer trace at the moment, I will download this app and try to get it for you ASAP.
