Jlink error

I am working with NRF 51DK. I am trying to flash a software on the target device which uses NRF51 microcontroller. I am using NrfGo studio. I am facing an error that, Unable to find or open J Link Arm dll. How can I solve this problem?  I didn't face this problem in the past. Only today I faced this problem. I have updated my segger j link tools, reinstalled nrfgo studio, nrf command lines but to no avail. 

J link Info: PCA10028, V 1.2.2. 

I could able to flash the software into the nrf 51dk but not into my target device!!! I have also checked my Jlink commander to make sure Development board is getting the power. yes it is getting power.

Have you seen this case? (try whats suggested)

Are you able to flash your device with "nRF5x Command Line Tools"?

Do you have any error logs to share?

Martin, I realized that my target was faulty. There was nothing wrong with nrf51dk or anything. Thanks for the info you shared with me. It is really helpful in making me understand several aspects.
