How to access data from mesh network?

Hello,

I want to read data from mesh network (from all the servers) to send it to a gateway. I saw in the documentation that Provisioners can be a part of gateway devices  What is functionality of serial provisioner, will I be able to get data from all the provisioned nodes on the provisioner using serial provisioner.

Or should I use gatt proxy for this case?

I believe you could use either the serial example or the gatt proxy example to achieve this. You could take a look at nrf cloud to see how you can transfer data from a dev kit to the cloud (if that is the use case you have).

Which would be better, which gives higher data rate?

And is there a documentation on nrf cloud?

Just go to nrfcloud.com. Not sure which would give you higher data rate, as this could depend on which smartphone you use. I would probably start with the mesh serial example first.
