My NRF51822 die. When connected, keil can't download or erase flash. But it can be found by SW port when I just power on, then it almost be unavailable at the same time.
It happened after I program a application. I set RO memory 0x14000, RW memory 0x20002000. My board is NRF51822_xxAA, but 0x20002000 seens should be used for NRF51822_xxAB. My board should use 0x20000800.
Now I just want to fix this board. I have try jlink, keil and NFRgo studio, but none of them works. HELP !!
