nRF52840 voltage

Hello, i' trying to measure the power consumption of the nrf52840 PDK. So far i have been able to measure the current. How can i go about measuring the voltage and is it constant? I'm using a usb power up option as well as the coin cell

Take a look at this link. Also a quick comment: it does not make any sense that you would use usb & the coin cell battery at the same time. Either you are using usb or the coin cell, but not both at the same time.
